Terms of Service

Prism Pop ("the game") is a free puzzle game published by Free Consciousness Limited Partnership ("Free Consciousness", "we", "us"), an independent game studio based in Thailand.

By playing the game, on the web or as an installed app, you agree to these terms. They exist to keep the game fair and fun for everyone. The plain-language summary is: play nice, do not cheat, and remember the coins are not real money.

1. The service

Prism Pop is provided free of charge, as is, for personal entertainment. We may update, change or discontinue features (including online features such as accounts and leaderboards) at any time. We do our best to keep the game available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

2. Accounts

You can play without any account. Online features may create a guest account automatically, and you can optionally sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook to keep your progress across devices. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. How account data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Virtual coins and cosmetic items

The game contains virtual coins and cosmetic themes earned through play. They are play money: they have no monetary value, cannot be cashed out or exchanged for real money, are not transferable, and may be adjusted, rebalanced or reset as part of game updates. Chest drop rates are published inside the game.

4. Fair play

The global leaderboard only works if it is honest. You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, automation or modified clients to play or submit scores;
• exploit bugs to gain scores or coins (please report them instead);
• interfere with the service, other players' accounts or our infrastructure;
• use a display name that is offensive, misleading or impersonates someone else.

We may remove scores, rename accounts or ban players who break these rules, at our discretion and without prior notice.

5. Intellectual property

The game, including its code, design, name, artwork and sounds, belongs to Free Consciousness Limited Partnership. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from it without permission. You keep all rights to your display name (as long as it complies with section 4).

6. Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages, lost progress, lost virtual items or unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Termination

You can stop using the game at any time and ask for your account to be deleted (see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate or suspend access to online features in case of breach of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
